We both have always been coffee lovers
when we decided to create our own blend, our aim was to be able to offer the best coffee we could
After lots of research, we we delighted to find a company that is local to us, and can supply us with high spec coffee consistently and take 100% pride every step of the way

McCabes are a second generation family fun business that have been roasting since 1996, not only do they make fantastic coffee, but they are also very ethical and use only the finest beans
We designed our blend, The Blackwater Coffee Company blend with McCabes , using a blend of Peruvian and columbian organic and fairtrade beans that McCabes source, import and hand roast just 53k away from our shop
As well as serving our own blend in our coffee shop, we also sell our blend in 250g retail bags, we sell it as whole beans, cafeteria grinds and espresso grinds, so no matter what way you cook it at home, we got it covered
